Setting device for cluster setting of bow saw blades

This device is designed for being an integral part of a sharpening unit. That means to be built into a 4-armed sharpening machine in order to have the sharpened band set simultaneously in ONE OPERATION: The setting of a sharpened tooth-cluster (4 - 8 teeth) that is done during the sharpening cycle is controlled by the feed of the sharpening machine.

The setting device has one set of easily exchangeable (At another toothing) holding fixtures for the setting pins. Adjustment of the setting result is conveniently done with two screws on each side. The blade is firmly held by collet jaws during the setting operation.
