Technical description
The machine will ground straight hand saw blades. The machine can be equipped for different
types of tooth shapes. Straight, universal and three phase (japanese) toothing. The machine manufactures the blades semi automatic. That means that the operator load and unload the blades into the machine. The tooth sharpening angle can be 0 – 35 degrees. Setup time between different blades is very short. Most of the adjustments are made on the touch screen control panel. Parameters for common blades are stored in recipes that are quickly recalled. The machine is PLC and servo feed controlled. This enables quick and accurate adjustments and free programmable feed pattern from the display. Automatic self compensating dressing system.
Cooling filter unit clean the fluid from residue.

Depending of the shape of the saw teeth one or two spindles / machines is requested.
The machine can handle both straight handsaws and curved pruningsaws, in the same machine. The machine works fully automatic, with magazines, two ceramic grinding wheels and are controlled and fed by modern servo technology and PLC.
The cutting angle is changeable between 25 – 40 degrees, other degrees up on request. The machines capacity is about 100 pcs 20” hand saws per hour. The machine can handle normal, universal and three phases saw teeth.
